Apology – Hosting Provider Issues

I wanted to apologize that our site was just down for a bit.  Our hosting provider was having some issues (still investigating the exact problem), which they seem to have cleared up.  This downtime shouldn’t have happened, and we’re working hard to prevent this from happening again.  99.99% uptime doesn’t mean much during the 0.01% downtime.  I want to assure you that your feeds are safe and secure and this downtime did not affect the delivery of your feeds to the shopping engines.

Again, I apologize if you couldn’t access SingleFeed for a couple minutes today.

    Why do you have so many issues. Looks like you guys are always having something come up. Tweets about you guys are not looking the best.
