Selecting engines and getting started

Which shopping engines are the most popular amongst consumers?

SingleFeed partners with 17 of the United States' most popular shopping partners. A complete list can be found here.

How do I know which engines are right for my business?

Some shopping engines specialize in particular types of products. For example, an electronics retailer might find more success on NexTag than and a fashion apparel retailer will experience the opposite results. An explanation of each engine can be found on, but the best way to know for sure is to search for some of your top performing items on the engine(s) you are considering.

Pricing models are another consideration. A merchant who is new to the comparison engines might want to start with free (Google Product Search and TheFind), low-cost (SortPrice) and cost-per-acquisition (buySAFE and Bing Cashback) engines. A more experienced retailer should feel comfortable listing products on leading cost-per-click engines. A list of top shopping engines and their pricing models can be found here.
